Howdy, folks!
It's happening, fulfillment is about to start for The Few and Cursed #9! I can't share how relieved I am to have another campaign out the door despite all the challenges.
Crowdfunding is certainly not for the faint of heart and even after a few years doing this, I am still learning and growing, going through different processes to try and find the best one.
This will be the very first campaign that will be fulfilled by two different shipping companies:
TCG Continuum will handle all domestic US shipments
GamesQuest will handle all international ROW shipments
As per the last calendar I shared with you we're a few days late but should still finish up fulfilling all orders by early to mid-November.
Here's the calendar one more time:
October 22nd: TCG has received all items!
By end of October: GamesQuest still has product going their way which should arrive in the next week or two tops.
October 23rd - November 10th: Domestic US fulfillment
Early November: ROW International fulfillment begins
Mid to Late November: Fulfillment completed!
December: Replacements of missing and/or damaged items in transit

Every backer NOT in the US should save the links below as GamesQuest handles Customer Service directly through their channels and even though I will be happy to assist in the process, it can't hurt to save a couple of very useful links:
Every package going out will have tracking and it will be shared through BackerKit's system so make sure you keep an eye out for any emails coming from them.
You will know when your packages have shipped when you get an email from BackerKit with tracking - until then your rewards are still being sorted and packaged.
REPLACEMENTS OF LOST AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We will have a replacement period where we will handle all items missing or damaged in transit. When December rolls around I will share a dedicated email about replacements which will need to be consolidated in one place.
You're more than welcome to reach out via email at [email protected] to let me know if anything is wrong but replacements will have to wait until fulfillment ends.
This is to make sure that ALL replacement requests are handled.
As fulfillment happens I will continue to update you all but for today that's about it and once again thank you so so so much for your support and pledges.
It won't be long now until all backers have their rewards in hand :D

This is your LAST CALL to board the Phantom Express and back The Few and Cursed #10 on Kickstarter! The campaign ends in a couple of days on Thursday at 11:59pm est \o/
We are currently two backers away from 1300 total, surely I can find two Samaritan souls among you to pledge and join our venture?!
The script for #10 has been completed and Fabiano has been working on the artwork for a while now. By the time the campaign ends we will have laid out the entire book and about a 1/4 of it finished up and ready for inks.
There really isn't a better time to back The Few and Cursed #10 as we just unlocked our latest Stretch Goal and we're going strong after the next few ones - which includes the Ashcan edition, a second book added to every package shipping in the mail!
Past backers have realized this already, every new campaign the Kickstarter exclusive items, given away for free, are truly exclusive. The trading cards, the ashcan editions, the chrome books, most of these will NOT be available after Thursday.
I'd really appreciate it seeing all of you come back to the next book.
Last but not least, you can see from the previews attached that Fabiano and I are really putting our best effort forward to try and shorten the waiting between when the campaign ends to actual fulfillment. The Few and Cursed #10 will be fulfilled digitally this year and physically early in 2025.
By the time we launch the campaign to fund issue #11 you'll have read, at least digitally, the previous chapter.
We're both immensely grateful for all your patience and support towards the series, thanks so much for all that have pledged already and those coming in this week. We hope to continue working on this series for as long as you want us to :D

Before I get into The Few and Cursed #9 news I'd like to offer a quick reminder the campaign to fund production of issue #10 is still ongoing and will wrap up in two weeks! We're currently at 1197 backers and over $40K in pledges meaning there's TONS of extra content unlocked and added to every package going out!
Books and other goodies are ready to ship from China to our hubs!
There was a bit of a delay at the factory because the printer found a printing error after doing a whole run and had to re-print everything. I thought these would have shipped by late August but they are going out in the next few days taking about four to five weeks to arrive at our hubs both in the UK and US.
I will share below the new fulfillment dates but now that the product is 100% manufactured I don't expect them to change much going forward.
FULFILLMENT CALENDAR
September 10th: Books in transit from China, should take about four to six weeks
September 19th: The Few and Cursed #10 Kickstarter ends
Mid-October: Fulfillment starts! This should take about two weeks so we're aiming for mid-September to be completely done
October 17-20th: New York Comic Con! Fabiano and I will be in attendance signing books at table B-40 at the Artists' Alley
End of October / Early November: End of fulfillment!
December: Replacements of missing and/or damaged items in transit

Fabiano and I got together this week to fulfill The Few and Cursed #9 Brazilian crowdfunding campaign and we took the opportunity to plot out the calendar for the next and final two books of The Great Deluge.
We're excited to announce that there won't be any spare time in between books and campaigns. As The Few and Cursed #10 Kickstarter is ongoing, we're already working on the book, production is well advanced and fulfillment should happen in the next four months.
We are doing digital fulfillment of TFAC#10 before the Holidays!
Just in time for... The Few and Cursed #11 on Kickstarter ;)
Cards given away to Brazilian fans... that will also be part of future Stretch Goals!
As you can see there's a lot going on with TFAC universe and both Fabiano and I feel we're getting our house in order so the time between issues doesn't feel like forever.

As I get ready to ship TFAC#9 rewards (more on that as soon as I get photos of all items from the manufacturer in China, yes they finished production!) I wanted to share a dedicated Update about The Few and Cursed #10!
We're going into our third week on Kickstarter with almost 1.200 backers and a dozen Stretch Goals unlocked and we're this close to having the biggest campaign ever for a single issue.
It's also the perfect opportunity to fill gaps in your collection or get the newly released set of collectible pins or deck of cards \o/

We've been having a heck of a day one so far and you can help us go even further! The Few and Cursed #10 is now LIVE on Kickstarter with discounts available only during the first 24hrs of the campaign.
Your early pledge will help Red have the strongest launch ever after already funding in 92 minutes and going on to unlock three Stretch Goals already \o/
I finally had some time to go through the numerous takes the voice-artist provided to pick the best ones and cut together a single MP3 file. Now, this is the very first time I do something like this so I appreciate any and all feedback.
